Who is responsible

This website is run by Daria Puchalska (DogTrainerDaria), a dog trainer based in Australia. Daria is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, write to k9trainerdaria@gmail.com.

When you contact me

This website has no contact form, user accounts or newsletter. If you get in touch by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, I use the details you give me (such as your name, phone number, e-mail address and information about your dog) only to answer you and to arrange and carry out the training. I do not sell this information or pass it on for advertising. Messages sent by e-mail or WhatsApp are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how the website is used: for example which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device and browser they use.

Google Analytics stores the cookies _ga and _ga_0154NWY915 in your browser for up to two years and sends this usage information to Google, which may process it on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", or do not answer, it is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Changing your choice

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, so that the banner does not appear on every visit. You can change it at any time: Cookie settings. The same link is at the bottom of every page. Declining removes the analytics cookies from your browser.

Other information

This website uses no advertising or marketing cookies and no social media plugins. Apart from Google Analytics, its fonts, images and scripts are loaded from the website itself and not from other companies. Like most websites, the hosting provider's server may record technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, in its logs to keep the website running and secure. Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it, by writing to k9trainerdaria@gmail.com.

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. The use of analytics cookies is based on your consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

In Australia you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

This policy may be updated when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
